THIS INDENTURE MADE AND ENTERED INTO, This tenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-three between Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in Trust, for the , of the county of , and State of of the FIRST part, and Sarah [Phinney] Foster—— of the county of and aforesaid, of the SECOND part, Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Smith, party of the FIRST part, for and in consideration of the sum of one thouand dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said Sarah Foster—— party of the SECOND part, hisher heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the State of known and described as follows, to wit: Lot number four (4) in Block number one hundred and forty (140) of the City of
